• In implementation of this philosophy, (BRG) Academy followed the same method, and this was clear in the training programs provided by (BRG) Academy, on the top of it the teacher training program which was presented under the title: (Teacher Preparation Program), which is one of our main and most successful training programs presented by BRG Academy.

• More than 300 teachers were trained through different countries in Africa, particularly in West Africa, such as: Nigeria, Ghana and Togo.

• This program was prepared by a large group of specialists in various fields: academics, educators, and media designers. It took almost a year to prepare it.

• The program came out as an integrated training package, which includes the program outline, printed training material, power point presentation and more.

• A certified certificate from the company (BRG), issued in two copies: Arabic and English.

Teacher Training Program

The teacher Training program Content: We have a developed and customized training program for teachers. That is compliment the culture and needs in West Africa, and was conducted for more than 300 teachers in Nigeria and Ghana for level one and two that is in tandem with the UNIVERSAL BASIC CURRICULUM FOR EDUCATION.

The program is divided into two levels, 20 hours each.

Level One:

The first level of the Teacher Training Program is equivalent to the first building block in the development of distinction and uniqueness, for anyone interested in the field of teaching and education. The program covers several subjects that are indispensable to all teachers.

Level one is a prerequisite for level two, and below is a brief summary about level one.

Program Components:

Classroom Management: Explains everything you need to know about the classroom and how to manage it.
Modern Teaching Styles and Methods: Covers teaching strategies that enable the teacher to make his lessons attractive and interesting.
Exam Standards and Strategies: The teacher will master everything concerning exams: how to compile them correctly, how to correct them, how to observe them, and everything else related to testing and evaluation.
Effective Teaching and the Role of the Teacher: Covers effective teaching concepts and the teacher’s role, as well as the most vital skills required of the teacher in order to make his classroom interactive and more than just “listening and repeating.

Level Two:

Program Components:

1. Educational Psychology: The importance of this topic stems from the fact that it provides all those interested in the field of education, with the most important concepts and skills related to this science, which falls under many educational topics related to teaching and learning.
2. Educational Technology and the Importance of Teaching Aids and Teaching Materials in Education: This topic deals with the meaning of the concept of educational technology, and deals with the term technology in education. It also addresses the role of technology in improving the teaching and learning educational process and its role in presenting and addressing various techniques solving educational problems. It also focuses on providing teachers with knowledge and experience in the field of educational technology by demonstrating how to use some technological means and techniques in the educational system.
3. Designing a Curriculum and Educational Activities: This topic aims at introducing the teachers to the curriculum and designing teaching plan in different levels either long term, annually or quarterly or short term, daily lesson plan. This course also deals with how to prepare educational activities that complement the curriculum to achieve the educational goals.
4. Presentation Skills and effective communication: This topic provides us with the most important skills that if possessed by the teacher, will have the ability to influence the learners or recipients, and communicate with them effectively; which will give him excellence and precedence in providing information in the best form. These skills enable the teacher to deliver his classroom lessons in a distinguished manner that is satisfying for the students.

Arabic language fundamentals and teaching methods

Arabic language fundamentals and teaching methods:

This is an intensive course, aimed at teachers of Arabic language and Islamic studies, as it deals with various topics in the Arabic language; this course is characterized by the presentation of topics appropriately, relying on the combination of theoretical and practical aspects.

This course is considered the first step for all teachers of Arabic language and Islamic studies in the developing of their linguistic abilities. The teacher or trainee has been able to achieve the most essential basics that are indispensable in grammar, rhetoric, dictation, Arabic calligraphy, and vocal sounds. This course also provides an important part in language teaching, which is how to teach the second language to speakers of other languages. The three: (sounds – vocabulary – compositions), the four language skills: (Speaking – Listening – Reading – Writing), and how to teach each element and every skill of these skills.

This program specifically designed to raise the efficiency of supervision in educational institutions, by describing the concept of supervision and identifying the different types of supervision and its forms, as well as explaining the role of the supervisor or supervisor’s tasks in the success of the educational process.

After the spread of the Corona pandemic in the world, educational and training institutions resorted to virtual classes to complete the educational process; this required teachers and trainers around the world to rely more on technological means for teaching and training than on regular methods.

That is why we offer the online teaching program (skills – modern technology) to all those who wish to develop their technological skills, including teachers and trainers; To keep abreast of the great development in the field of distance teaching and training (online), and to be able to present the academic content in the virtual classes (online) in the correct way that achieves the desired educational goals.

The program is covered in two aspects: theoretical and practical.

First – the theoretical part:

It consists in showing the difference between teaching in regular classes and virtual classes (online classes), as well as how to teach online by identifying a set of basic skills that assist teachers and coaches to avoid negative impacts that affect the entire teaching or training process.
